The app offers various ways to work on your mental resilience daily. Key features include directly scheduling an appointment with a coach, live chatting with a psychologist, taking a Mental Fit Check, keeping a sleep diary, and following e-health programs on topics such as stress, self-confidence, sleep, and mindfulness.
Yes, the Vitalmindz App is a web application that is accessible in any browser on desktops, mobile phones and tablets. This allows you to choose when and from what location you want to get started with the app.
User questions
Your login name is your employer's email address. Are you having trouble logging in? First request a new password via the login screen. You will receive an email to change your password at the address you used to log in to the app. Therefore, check all your email addresses and mailboxes. After changing your password, try to log in again. Is it still not working and are you receiving an error message? Please contact our support colleagues on 088 11 55 865.
You can make an appointment in the app by clicking on 'book session' at the top right. You can choose a date and time slot that suits you best. After your choice, you will receive a confirmation and a link to the appointment at the email address you are logged in with. This way you will be linked to a coach. This coach then remains linked to you, also for any follow-up conversations.
You can cancel an appointment in the app by going to your profile. There you will find your upcoming, previous and canceled appointments. You can delete the appointment from your upcoming appointments. Our guideline is that appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. You will also receive a notification and confirmation. Do you want to reschedule an appointment? Please cancel it first and then follow the steps to make a new appointment.
Please note: if your appointment takes place within 24 hours, this will count as a used appointment.
In the app you will find a chat bubble at the bottom right, when you click on it you can directly contact a psychologist. On working days during office hours you will receive an answer to your questions within 10 minutes. The chat is available outside these hours, but the psychologist will respond again during office hours. In addition, you can easily make a coaching appointment with one of our psychologists in a language and at a time that suits you, in just a few steps. You will then immediately receive an appointment confirmation for a coaching appointment in a secure Teams environment.
Once your employer decides to use the Vitalmindz App, you will receive a personal invitation to your email address. With this invitation, you can easily follow the steps to create your account and gain access to the platform, allowing you to explore and use it.
Privacy and feedback
Yes, we place great value on the privacy and data protection of our users. All personal data is securely stored, and we adhere to strict guidelines to ensure your privacy is protected at all times. With a personal login, you have control over your own account. Your personal information and conversations are not shared with your employer or supervisor.
In the app you will find a 'feedback button' on all pages on the right, through which you can leave a question, feedback or a compliment about the page in question. A general question is also possible. We aim to answer you within one week. Would you like to speak to someone?
